My Story
Life has a way through all of us, the dance between learning, falling, rising again. It’s an ongoing process, a beautiful one. There were a few of those tower moments of hitting rock bottom where the light guided me here.
Journey began in 2010, when I was admitted to the hospital and told that I can’t return to school. I was in year 10 at the time. An autoimmune condition called Lupus apparently found itself a space to stay in my body. Life changed overnight and suddenly medicines were everywhere. That was my first ever moment of tuning inwards as my grandmothers prayed for my healing next to me. The connection to the divine and a higher force was introduced to me then.
I was homeschooled for IGCSE with a few other people, completed the exams and entered college in 2012. That was the year I told myself that I cannot continue eating the medicines anymore due to what it was doing to my health.
My journey into Chinese Herbs and acupuncture began here. Fast forward to 2016, during my last year of University, I was engaging with lots of night outs and drinking gatherings where it became a norm with the heart of doing new things and began solo travelling. This was when I came across Vipasana and attended a 10 days silent retreat for the very time. That was when I got deeper into understanding the world within our hearts and truly got the concept of inner world. Not that long after my time after this retreat that I was nearly taken advantage of during a night out with friends which was something that shook me. All the teachings from Vippasana got me through this period and that was when the door of going inward opened more for my journey.
Life showed its own lessons through relationships including friendships, romantic partners which were big learning lessons for my journey that took me more on this side of healing. A long term partner of 3.5 years disappearing and the process of rising back up from it led me to Breathwork, Sound healing and learning more about the effects of Trauma on a society.
During COVID, when people were asked to stay indoors, I attended many online meditations, courses and was very connected about using time to gain more knowledge and that’s when I organised my first ever retreat in Bangkok around September 2020. Having a sold out retreat and seeing how people were shining through community and activities.
That’s what kept me going and led me to where I am today. To share people the tools when big changes happens in our lives and how to explore life outside the box and how to live from a more conscious space of being.
Breathwork has shifted my life in various ways and after 2 Breathwork teacher trainings both in Koh Phangan and India, the power of our breath pattern, thought pattern and the underlying unconscious beliefs. My intention is to be a support for family to go through that and come out the other side even stronger. We use neuroscience tools, Breathwork, meditation and lots of diving deep to shift our lives together. There’s more to this life and I want to remind you !!!!
